Banners and Signs delivered to Inglenook

Inglenook crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Inglenook address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.4 square miles of Inglenook sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Sail Harbor, CT (0 mi), Bogus Hill, CT (1 mi), Knollcrest, CT (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. West Point, around 30 miles from Inglenook, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Inglenook.

Banners and Signs demand around Inglenook does not stop at the town line. Crews from Sail Harbor (0 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Inglenook gets printed large format

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Inglenook customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Inglenook customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Inglenook customers see.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Inglenook addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Inglenook crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your inglenook crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
