Banners and Signs delivered to Irving

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Irving, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 254,000 people spread over 67.0 square miles, Irving gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Euless, TX (6 mi), Farmers Branch, TX (7 mi), Coppell, TX (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, NAS JRB Fort Worth sits about 23 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Irving.

Because Euless sits only 6 miles from Irving, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Irving gets printed large format

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Irving customers feel the difference on the first order.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Irving customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Irving customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Irving addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Irving crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your irving crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
