Custom printed large format gear for Isanti businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Isanti crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Isanti address in 5 to 7 business days.
Isanti is home to about 7,400 people across 5.1 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cambridge, MN (5 mi), Bethel, MN (6 mi), East Bethel, MN (10 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Camp Ripley, roughly 64 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Isanti counted against your roster.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Minnesota mixes Isanti crews with neighbors like Cambridge, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Isanti customers feel the difference on the first order.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Isanti customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Isanti customers see.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
The timeline to Isanti addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Isanti crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
