Custom printed large format gear for Keiser businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Keiser crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Keiser address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 719 spread over 0.4 square miles, Keiser gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Marie, AR (4 mi), Osceola, AR (6 mi), Victoria, AR (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. NSA Mid-South, around 26 miles from Keiser, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Keiser.
Banners and Signs demand around Keiser does not stop at the town line. Crews from Marie (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Keiser customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Keiser customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Here is what Keiser customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Every order ships tracked to Keiser addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your keiser crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
