From single pieces to full crew runs, Kirby gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Kirby

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Kirby, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 8,000 people spread over 2.0 square miles, Kirby gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Windcrest, TX (4 mi), Terrell Hills, TX (4 mi), Alamo Heights, TX (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Lackland Air Force Base sits about 8 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Kirby.

Banners and Signs demand around Kirby does not stop at the town line. Crews from Windcrest (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Kirby gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Kirby customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Kirby customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

05 //

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Kirby customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Kirby addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Kirby crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your kirby crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
