Banners and Signs delivered to Kirkwood

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Kirkwood, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 648 spread over 0.9 square miles, Kirkwood gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Biggsville, IL (6 mi), Monmouth, IL (6 mi), Media, IL (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Rock Island Arsenal, around 42 miles from Kirkwood, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Kirkwood counted against your roster.

Banners and Signs demand around Kirkwood does not stop at the town line. Crews from Biggsville (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Kirkwood gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Kirkwood customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Kirkwood customers, these three earn their keep.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Kirkwood customers see.

Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Kirkwood addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Kirkwood crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.
