Custom printed large format gear for Lake Cavanaugh businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Lake Cavanaugh crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lake Cavanaugh address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.8 square miles of Lake Cavanaugh sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Oso, WA (5 mi), Arlington Heights, WA (8 mi), Bryant, WA (9 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Station Everett sits about 26 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Lake Cavanaugh.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Washington mixes Lake Cavanaugh crews with neighbors like Oso, 5 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Lake cavanaugh customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Lake Cavanaugh customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
