From single pieces to full crew runs, Lake Dalecarlia gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Lake Dalecarlia, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
All 1.1 square miles of Lake Dalecarlia sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cedar Lake, IN (3 mi), Lowell, IN (3 mi), Crown Point, IN (6 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. Naval Station Great Lakes, around 72 miles from Lake Dalecarlia, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Lake Dalecarlia counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Lake Dalecarlia does not stop at the town line. Crews from Cedar Lake (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Lake Dalecarlia customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Lake Dalecarlia customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Lake Dalecarlia customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Lake Dalecarlia addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Lake Dalecarlia crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
