From single pieces to full crew runs, Lake Ivanhoe gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Lake Ivanhoe crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lake Ivanhoe address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 0.9 square miles of Lake Ivanhoe sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bloomfield, WI (2 mi), Powers Lake, WI (3 mi), Bohners Lake, WI (4 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Naval Station Great Lakes, roughly 30 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Lake Ivanhoe counted against your roster.
Because Bloomfield sits only 2 miles from Lake Ivanhoe, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Lake ivanhoe customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Lake Ivanhoe customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your lake ivanhoe crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
