Custom printed large format gear for Lake Minchumina businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Lake Minchumina crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lake Minchumina address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 227.0 square miles of Lake Minchumina sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Nikolai, AK (81 mi), Tanana, AK (97 mi), Manley Hot Springs, AK (101 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Fort Wainwright sits about 161 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Lake Minchumina counted against your roster.
Because Nikolai sits only 81 miles from Lake Minchumina, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Lake Minchumina customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lake Minchumina customers, these three earn their keep.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Lake Minchumina customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Lake Minchumina addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Lake Minchumina crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
