Custom printed large format gear for Leaf River businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Leaf River, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Leaf River at a community of 423 on 0.9 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Adeline, IL (5 mi), Mount Morris, IL (5 mi), Byron, IL (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Rock Island Arsenal sits about 76 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Leaf River.
Banners and Signs demand around Leaf River does not stop at the town line. Crews from Adeline (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Leaf river customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Leaf River customers, these three earn their keep.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Here is what Leaf River customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.
Production plus shipping to Leaf River addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your leaf river crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
