Banners and Signs delivered to Lima

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Lima, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Lima is home to a community of 66 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Bowlegs, OK (4 mi), Dixon, OK (5 mi), Seminole, OK (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Tinker Air Force Base sits about 55 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lima.

Banners and Signs demand around Lima does not stop at the town line. Crews from Bowlegs (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Lima gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Lima customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Lima customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Lima customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Lima addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Lima crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
