Banners and Signs delivered to Lolo

Lolo crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Lolo address in 5 to 7 business days.

Lolo covers 9.5 square miles of Montana, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Orchard Homes, MT (6 mi), Carlton, MT (6 mi), Missoula, MT (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Malmstrom Air Force Base, around 141 miles from Lolo, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Lolo.

Because Orchard Homes sits only 6 miles from Lolo, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Lolo gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Lolo customers feel the difference on the first order.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Lolo customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Lolo customers see.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

The timeline to Lolo addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Lolo crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
