Banners and Signs for Manasota Key: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Manasota Key crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Manasota Key address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Manasota Key to the other, 1.1 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Grove City, FL (2 mi), Englewood, FL (3 mi), Rotonda, FL (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is MacDill Air Force Base, roughly 72 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Manasota Key.
Banners and Signs demand around Manasota Key does not stop at the town line. Crews from Grove City (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Manasota Key customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Manasota Key customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Manasota Key addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your manasota key crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
