Banners and Signs delivered to McClure

McClure crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any McClure address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put McClure at a community of 885 on 3.8 square miles of Pennsylvania, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wagner, PA (4 mi), McAlisterville, PA (5 mi), Beaver Springs, PA (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Carlisle Barracks sits about 36 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to McClure.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Pennsylvania mixes McClure crews with neighbors like Wagner, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What McClure gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mcclure customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among McClure customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to McClure addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your McClure crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your mcclure crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
