Banners and Signs for Meadow Lake: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Meadow Lake, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Meadow Lake to the other, 11.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: El Cerro Mission, NM (5 mi), Monterey Park, NM (6 mi), Peralta, NM (7 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Kirtland Air Force Base sits about 21 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Meadow Lake counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Meadow Lake does not stop at the town line. Crews from El Cerro Mission (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Meadow lake customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Meadow Lake customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Meadow Lake addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Meadow Lake crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
