From single pieces to full crew runs, Mechanicsburg gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Mechanicsburg crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mechanicsburg address in 5 to 7 business days.
Mechanicsburg covers 0.5 square miles of Virginia, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Bland, VA (10 mi), Rocky Gap, VA (11 mi), Bastian, VA (12 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 174 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Mechanicsburg counted against your roster.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Virginia mixes Mechanicsburg crews with neighbors like Bland, 10 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Mechanicsburg customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Mechanicsburg customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Budget planning for Mechanicsburg customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Production plus shipping to Mechanicsburg addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.
