Custom printed large format gear for Medicine Lake businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Medicine Lake crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Medicine Lake address in 5 to 7 business days.
Medicine Lake is home to a community of 244 across 0.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Homestead, MT (6 mi), Reserve, MT (7 mi), Froid, MT (11 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Minot Air Force Base sits about 149 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Medicine Lake counted against your roster.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Montana mixes Medicine Lake crews with neighbors like Homestead, 6 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Medicine lake customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Medicine Lake customers, these three earn their keep.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
The table below is the actual price list Medicine Lake customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Medicine Lake addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your medicine lake crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
