Banners and Signs delivered to Mentor

Mentor crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mentor address in 5 to 7 business days.

Mentor is home to about 47,000 people across 27.8 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Mentor-on-the-Lake, OH (2 mi), Kirtland Hills, OH (4 mi), Grand River, OH (5 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Selfridge Air National Guard Base, roughly 101 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Mentor.

Because Mentor-on-the-Lake sits only 2 miles from Mentor, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Mentor gets printed large format

Memorial and dedication displays

Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Mentor customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Mentor customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Mentor customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Order sizePack totalCost per pieceFreightBack side
10 pieces$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pieces$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pieces$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pieces$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pieces$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pieces$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Mentor addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Mentor crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your mentor crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
