Banners and Signs delivered to Miller

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Miller, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 1,300 people spread over 1.0 square miles, Miller gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: St. Lawrence, SD (2 mi), Millerdale Colony, SD (10 mi), Ree Heights, SD (11 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Ellsworth Air Force Base, roughly 212 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Miller.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of South Dakota mixes Miller crews with neighbors like St. Lawrence, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Miller gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Miller customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Miller customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Miller addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Miller crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Miller crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
