From single pieces to full crew runs, Mitchellville gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Mitchellville crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Mitchellville address in 5 to 7 business days.
Mitchellville is home to a community of 158 across 0.5 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Portland, TN (3 mi), Franklin, KY (6 mi), New Deal, TN (8 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Knox, roughly 88 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Mitchellville counted against your roster.
Because Portland sits only 3 miles from Mitchellville, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Mitchellville customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Mitchellville customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Mitchellville customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Oversized full body fronts add $3 per piece under 25 pieces and $2 at 25 or more, and sizes 2XL and up add $6 each under 25 pieces or $4 each at 25 or more. Heavier garments follow the same pack structure at their own price points, all shown live in the Design Lab.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Every order ships tracked to Mitchellville addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your mitchellville crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.
Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
