From single pieces to full crew runs, Montecito gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Montecito crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Montecito address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 9.2 square miles of Montecito sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Summerland, CA (3 mi), Toro Canyon, CA (4 mi), Santa Barbara, CA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Base Ventura County sits about 29 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Montecito.
Banners and Signs demand around Montecito does not stop at the town line. Crews from Summerland (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Montecito customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Montecito customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Montecito addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.
Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Montecito crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.
