From single pieces to full crew runs, Moweaqua gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Moweaqua crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Moweaqua address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Moweaqua at about 1,700 people on 2.1 square miles of Illinois, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Macon, IL (6 mi), Blue Mound, IL (7 mi), Assumption, IL (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Scott Air Force Base, roughly 93 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Moweaqua.
Banners and Signs demand around Moweaqua does not stop at the town line. Crews from Macon (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Moweaqua customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Moweaqua customers, these three earn their keep.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Moweaqua customers see.

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Production plus shipping to Moweaqua addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
