From single pieces to full crew runs, Nassau Lake gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Nassau Lake crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Nassau Lake address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Nassau Lake to the other, 1.5 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Nassau, NY (2 mi), East Nassau, NY (5 mi), East Greenbush, NY (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Westover Air Reserve Base sits about 59 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Nassau Lake.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Nassau Lake crews with neighbors like Nassau, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Nassau Lake customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Nassau Lake customers, these three earn their keep.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Budget planning for Nassau Lake customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Nassau Lake addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your nassau lake crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
