Custom printed large format gear for New Chapel Hill businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For New Chapel Hill, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put New Chapel Hill at a community of 645 on 2.4 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Whitehouse, TX (6 mi), Tyler, TX (8 mi), Arp, TX (8 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Barksdale Air Force Base, roughly 90 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to New Chapel Hill.
Banners and Signs demand around New Chapel Hill does not stop at the town line. Crews from Whitehouse (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For New Chapel Hill customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among New Chapel Hill customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure New Chapel Hill customers see.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
Production plus shipping to New Chapel Hill addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your New Chapel Hill crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.
File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.
