From single pieces to full crew runs, Newhalen gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Newhalen crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Newhalen address in 5 to 7 business days.
Census numbers put Newhalen at a community of 150 on 6.0 square miles of Alaska, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Iliamna, AK (3 mi), Nondalton, AK (17 mi), Pope-Vannoy Landing, AK (20 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Base Kodiak, roughly 161 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Newhalen counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around Newhalen does not stop at the town line. Crews from Iliamna (3 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Newhalen customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Newhalen customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Newhalen customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Newhalen addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
