Banners and Signs in Nile, WA.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Nile gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Nile

Nile crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Nile address in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.9 square miles of Nile sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Cliffdell, WA (8 mi), Tieton, WA (13 mi), Naches, WA (14 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Joint Base Lewis-McChord sits about 77 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Nile counted against your roster.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Washington mixes Nile crews with neighbors like Cliffdell, 8 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Nile gets printed large format

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Nile customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Nile customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Nile customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
Pack of 25$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Nile addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Completely. Build the design in the Design Lab and the full order total sits on screen the whole time; no email, no call, no waiting.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.

Do you help with the design?

Yes, and it costs nothing with your order. Send a sketch, an old logo, or just the idea, and a designer sends a print ready proof within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Nile crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
