Banners and Signs delivered to Orchard

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Orchard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 323 spread over 0.4 square miles, Orchard gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Weston Lakes, TX (4 mi), Simonton, TX (5 mi), Wallis, TX (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Cavazos, around 146 miles from Orchard, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Orchard counted against your roster.

Banners and Signs demand around Orchard does not stop at the town line. Crews from Weston Lakes (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Orchard gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Orchard customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Orchard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

What it costs

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Orchard addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your Orchard crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Orchard crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Deployed addresses are first-class here: APO and FPO ship on the standard timeline, right alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
