Banners and Signs delivered to Paukaa

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Paukaa, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 0.3 square miles of Paukaa sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Wainaku, HI (2 mi), Papaikou, HI (2 mi), Pepeekeo, HI (5 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. MCB Hawaii Kaneohe Bay, around 208 miles from Paukaa, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Paukaa counted against your roster.

Because Wainaku sits only 2 miles from Paukaa, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Paukaa gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Paukaa customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Paukaa customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Paukaa customers see.

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Paukaa addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Paukaa crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Finality is the nature of custom work: no returns once it prints. Your protections live earlier in the process, in the free proof and the written approval that nothing skips.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Paukaa crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
