Banners and Signs delivered to Pawlet

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Pawlet, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 2.5 square miles of Pawlet sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: West Pawlet, VT (4 mi), Wells, VT (6 mi), Dorset, VT (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Westover Air Reserve Base sits about 86 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Pawlet.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Vermont mixes Pawlet crews with neighbors like West Pawlet, 4 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Pawlet gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Pawlet customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pawlet customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

What it costs

Here is what Pawlet customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea
25 pack$375$15 ea$20.99$3 ea
50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
100 pack$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Every order ships tracked to Pawlet addresses with standard production plus shipping at 5 to 7 business days. Free shipping kicks in at 100 pieces, and pack shipping rates below that are published, not surprises at checkout.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Pawlet crew?

Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Pawlet crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

File quality is our problem, not yours: vectors are ideal, 300 DPI PNGs work, and weak files get redrawn at no charge.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
