Banners and Signs delivered to Pecan Plantation

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Pecan Plantation, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

All 7.4 square miles of Pecan Plantation sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: DeCordova, TX (5 mi), Canyon Creek, TX (5 mi), Granbury, TX (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is NAS JRB Fort Worth, roughly 34 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Pecan Plantation.

Banners and Signs demand around Pecan Plantation does not stop at the town line. Crews from DeCordova (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Pecan Plantation gets printed large format

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Pecan Plantation customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Pecan Plantation customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Pecan Plantation customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Pecan Plantation addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes, and without giving up your email: the Design Lab keeps the complete total, packs to shipping, on screen while you design.

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Pecan Plantation crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.
