Banners and Signs for Pine Hollow: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Pine Hollow crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Pine Hollow address in 5 to 7 business days.
All 2.2 square miles of Pine Hollow sit inside our normal delivery map, tracked door to door. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Wamic, OR (1 mi), Sportsmans Park, OR (6 mi), Tygh Valley, OR (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Astoria, roughly 139 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Pine Hollow counted against your roster.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Oregon mixes Pine Hollow crews with neighbors like Wamic, 1 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Pine Hollow customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Pine Hollow customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
Here is what Pine Hollow customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Quantity | Pack price | Per shirt | Shipping | Add back print |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.
Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
The timeline to Pine Hollow addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.
Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Pine Hollow crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
