Banners and Signs delivered to Plainedge

Plainedge crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Plainedge address in 5 to 7 business days.

Plainedge covers 1.4 square miles of New York, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with North Massapequa, NY (2 mi), South Farmingdale, NY (2 mi), Farmingdale, NY (2 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. West Point, around 52 miles from Plainedge, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Plainedge.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Plainedge crews with neighbors like North Massapequa, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Plainedge gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Yard and field signs

Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Plainedge customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Plainedge customers, these three earn their keep.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Here is what Plainedge customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
10 pack$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
15 pack$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
20 pack$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

50 pack$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Plainedge addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Plainedge crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

The standard clock is 5 to 7 business days covering both production and delivery. Many orders can run faster; name the date and we will confirm or decline honestly.
