Custom printed large format gear for Powhatan County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Powhatan County crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery anywhere in the county in 5 to 7 business days.
Powhatan County spans 260 square miles and holds about 32,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
No storefront visit, no local-shop wait time. You design online or send us a rough idea, a real designer builds the art at no charge, and the finished gear arrives at any Powhatan County address.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Powhatan county customers feel the difference on the first order.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Powhatan County customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.
Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to every address in Powhatan County. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your powhatan county crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF are ideal. A 300 DPI PNG with a transparent background also prints clean. If all you have is a screenshot, we redraw it free.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
