Banners and Signs in Prospect, NY.

Banners and Signs for Prospect: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Banners and Signs delivered to Prospect

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Prospect, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Prospect covers 0.4 square miles of New York, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Remsen, NY (2 mi), Barneveld, NY (3 mi), Holland Patent, NY (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Drum, around 60 miles from Prospect, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Prospect.

Because Remsen sits only 2 miles from Prospect, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Prospect gets printed large format

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Prospect customers feel the difference on the first order.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Prospect customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

From rough idea to press-ready

The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.

The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

Standard turnaround is 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, with rush available when the calendar demands it.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Prospect addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your prospect crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes, APO and FPO delivery is standard here, not an exception, and every state in the country ships the same way.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

Yes. The Design Lab shows live pack pricing, back print costs, size upcharges, and shipping as you build your design.
