Custom printed large format gear for Reader businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Reader, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Reader covers 0.9 square miles of West Virginia, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Pine Grove, WV (2 mi), Jacksonburg, WV (5 mi), New Martinsville, WV (9 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Camp Dawson sits about 56 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Reader.
Because Pine Grove sits only 2 miles from Reader, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Reader customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Honesty runs in both directions here. A doomed timeline or a design that will disappoint gets called out early, with an alternative attached.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Reader customers, these three earn their keep.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Here is what Reader customers actually pay, starting from our light cotton tee. Every price includes a standard front print, and the number only moves down as the pack gets bigger.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pieces | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pieces | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pieces | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pieces | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pieces | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pieces | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Reader addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Reader crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.
