Banners and Signs delivered to Reading

Reading crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Reading address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Reading at a community of 183 on 0.2 square miles of Kansas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Lebo, KS (9 mi), Neosho Rapids, KS (11 mi), Osage City, KS (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Riley, roughly 60 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Reading.

Because Lebo sits only 9 miles from Reading, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Reading gets printed large format

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Reading customers feel the difference on the first order.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Reading customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Reading customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

QuantityPack pricePer shirtShippingAdd back print
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea
Pack of 100$1200$12 eaFREE$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Reading addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Reading crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Reading crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.
