From single pieces to full crew runs, Rio Rancho gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Rio Rancho, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Rio Rancho is home to about 111,000 people across 103.4 square miles, and every one of those addresses is inside our standard 5 to 7 day delivery window. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Corrales, NM (5 mi), Rio Rancho Estates, NM (6 mi), Paradise Hills, NM (6 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. For the military community, Kirtland Air Force Base sits about 13 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Rio Rancho counted against your roster.
Because Corrales sits only 5 miles from Rio Rancho, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Rio rancho customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Rio Rancho customers, these three earn their keep.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.
Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Rio Rancho customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Order size | Pack total | Cost per piece | Freight | Back side |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 pack | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 15 pack | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| 20 pack | $320 | $16 ea | $20.99 | $4 ea |
| 25 pack | $375 | $15 ea | $20.99 | $3 ea |
| 50 pack | $700 | $14 ea | $22.99 | $2 ea |
| 100 pack | $1200 | $12 ea | FREE | $2 ea |
Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.
A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Rio Rancho addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Standard production plus shipping takes 5 to 7 business days. Rush options are available on many orders, tell us your date and we answer honestly.
Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
