Custom printed large format gear for Rowan County businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, county-wide delivery in 5 to 7 days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Rowan County, that comes with published pack pricing and delivery to any address in the county.
Rowan County spans 280 square miles and holds about 24,000 people, and our delivery map covers every one of those addresses on the same 5 to 7 day window.
No storefront visit, no local-shop wait time. You design online or send us a rough idea, a real designer builds the art at no charge, and the finished gear arrives at any Rowan County address.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Rowan county customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Rowan County customers, these three earn their keep.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.
Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Rowan County customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.
| Pieces | Total | Each | Ship | Back print add |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
The proof arrives inside a day, drawn at print size on your chosen garment and color. Change anything, as often as needed, at no cost.
Production waits for one thing only: your written sign-off on the proof. That signature is the contract for exactly what prints.

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
