Banners and Signs in San Saba, TX.

From single pieces to full crew runs, San Saba gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to San Saba

San Saba crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any San Saba address in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put San Saba at about 3,100 people on 2.7 square miles of Texas, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Richland Springs, TX (14 mi), Lometa, TX (19 mi), Goldthwaite, TX (20 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. The closest major installation is Fort Cavazos, roughly 59 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to San Saba.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of Texas mixes San Saba crews with neighbors like Richland Springs, 14 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What San Saba gets printed large format

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when San Saba customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks San Saba customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.

02

Proof

One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.

03

Approve

Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to San Saba addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

Can you handle a large order for your San Saba crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your san saba crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
