Custom printed large format gear for Santa Rosa Valley businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Santa Rosa Valley crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Santa Rosa Valley address in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Santa Rosa Valley to the other, 7.2 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Moorpark, CA (3 mi), Thousand Oaks, CA (4 mi), Casa Conejo, CA (5 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. For the military community, Naval Base Ventura County sits about 18 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Santa Rosa Valley.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of California mixes Santa Rosa Valley crews with neighbors like Moorpark, 3 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
We built this company on a simple standard: print it like the name on it matters. For Santa Rosa Valley customers, that means honest timelines, real proofs, and no excuses on delivery day.
It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Santa Rosa Valley customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.
The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and Santa Rosa Valley customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Options price per piece: back prints at the listed rate (falling to $3 at 25 and $2 at 50), oversized full-body fronts at $3 under 25 pieces or $2 above, and 2XL-plus sizes at $6 under 25 pieces or $4 above. Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Two doors in: the quote form if you want a person on it immediately, or the Design Lab if you want to see it on the garment first. Either way, unfinished ideas are the expected input.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.
Delivery to Santa Rosa Valley addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.
The roster is the packing list: every size counted into the box, tracking issued at pickup, and any shortage or transit damage made right at our cost without argument.
Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.
Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your Santa Rosa Valley crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
