Banners and Signs in Sloan, NY.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Sloan gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Sloan

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Sloan, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

Census numbers put Sloan at about 3,700 people on 0.8 square miles of New York, all of it covered by the same tracked shipping. The same run covers the neighboring communities too: Cheektowaga, NY (2 mi), Buffalo, NY (3 mi), West Seneca, NY (4 mi) all order from the same shop at the same published pricing. Fort Drum, around 163 miles from Sloan, anchors the local military community we print for every week.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sloan.

A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Sloan crews with neighbors like Cheektowaga, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.

What Sloan gets printed large format

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.

Event signage

Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Retractable banner stands

The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Sloan customers call, a person who owns the order answers.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

Build it on the real garment and watch the price calculate live.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Sloan customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.

Classic Cotton Tee

Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

05 //

No artwork? That is the normal case

Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Prefer hands-on? Build the design yourself in the Design Lab on real product photos, with the running price on screen while you work.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

A real designer, not an algorithm, sends your proof within 24 hours. You change it as many times as it takes to be right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Five to seven business days covers printing and delivery. Tight timeline? Rush gets a truthful quote, not a hopeful one.

05

Reorder

Your art and specs stay on file, so reorders match the first run exactly, down to the ink.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Production plus shipping to Sloan addresses runs 5 to 7 business days standard, tracked the whole way. Shipping is free at 100 pieces and flat rated below that, exactly as shown in the pricing table above.

Orders ship boxed and counted against your size roster, with tracking sent the day they leave. If anything arrives short or damaged, photograph it and send it over, and we correct it at our cost.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Sloan crew?

Yes. Runs in the hundreds of pieces with mixed sizes and colors are our normal work, managed by one point of contact from proof to delivery.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.

What is your return policy?

Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Sloan crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
