Banners and Signs for Smoke Rise: free 24-hour proofs, published pack pricing, and tracked delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Smoke Rise, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
From one end of Smoke Rise to the other, 5.7 square miles, the shipping promise does not change: 5 to 7 business days, tracked. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Warrior, AL (5 mi), Hayden, AL (5 mi), Colony, AL (6 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Redstone Arsenal sits about 57 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Smoke Rise.
Banners and Signs demand around Smoke Rise does not stop at the town line. Crews from Warrior (5 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.
Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. A real designer, not an upload widget, checks every file before it goes near production.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Smoke rise customers feel the difference on the first order.
The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Smoke Rise customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
The gap between what you have and what a press needs is our designers job to close, free with any order. Whatever the starting point, the output is the same: clean vectors, correct insignia, a proof within 24 hours, and unlimited revisions until you approve it in writing. Only then does anything print.
The Design Lab offers the self-serve path, with your art positioned on real product photos and the total priced as you go.
Budget planning for Smoke Rise customers starts with real numbers. This is our light cotton tee pack pricing with the front print already included.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pack of 10 | $180 | $18 ea | $18 | $4 ea |
| Pack of 15 | $250 | $16.67 ea | $18 | $4 ea |

Beyond the table, the only extras are per-piece and public: back prints at the listed rate stepping down to $3 then $2, oversized fronts at $3 dropping to $2, and 2XL-plus at $6 dropping to $4. The Design Lab does this arithmetic for you in real time.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
Nothing goes to press until you approve the proof in writing. What you sign off on is exactly what prints, that is the whole point of the proof.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
The specs live in our archive permanently: same art, same colors, same result, on demand.
