From single pieces to full crew runs, South Duxbury gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
South Duxbury crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any South Duxbury address in 5 to 7 business days.
South Duxbury covers 2.9 square miles of Massachusetts, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Duxbury, MA (2 mi), Kingston, MA (2 mi), North Plymouth, MA (3 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod, roughly 20 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in South Duxbury counted against your roster.
Banners and Signs demand around South Duxbury does not stop at the town line. Crews from Duxbury (2 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.
Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Hem-and-grommet outdoor vinyl sized to the fence line. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.
Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when South Duxbury customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks South Duxbury customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Pair the banner with matching tees in the same order: one approval covers everything. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
No mystery pricing. These are the published packs on our light cotton tee, front print included, and South Duxbury customers watch the per piece cost fall as quantity climbs.

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.
Kick it off however suits you: describe the concept in the quote form or drop your art straight into the Design Lab. Polish is not required at this stage.
