Banners and Signs delivered to Spickard

Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Spickard, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 225 spread over 0.6 square miles, Spickard gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Tindall, MO (6 mi), Brimson, MO (10 mi), Princeton, MO (11 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Fort Leavenworth, roughly 95 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to Spickard.

Banners and Signs demand around Spickard does not stop at the town line. Crews from Tindall (6 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Spickard gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Yard and field signs

Corrugated signs by the stack for fundraisers and campaigns. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. One point of contact owns your order from first proof to delivery confirmation.

Homecoming banners

Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. Every price is published before you talk to a person, so the budget math happens on your terms.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Spickard customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

It also means we say no when we should. If a design will not print well at the size you want, or a date cannot be hit, you hear it before you spend money, not after.

No sales call needed to get a number.

Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Spickard customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Classic Cotton Tee

Most banner orders add matching event shirts. Doing both in one order means one proof, one deadline, one delivery. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Essential Light Tee

Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Bring the idea, we draw the rest

Finished files are welcome but never required. A faded photo, a hand sketch, or three sentences of description all become professional vector art at no charge, proofed back to you within a day. The revision count is unlimited, the approval is in writing, and production does not move an inch until that approval exists.

Hands-on types can skip the wait entirely: the Design Lab puts your art on the actual garment with the price updating live.

What it costs

The table below is the actual price list Spickard customers order from, light cotton tee, front print included, no asterisks.

Pack of 50$700$14 ea$22.99$2 ea

Three add-ons exist and all are flat per piece: the back print at the table rate ($3 from 25 pieces, $2 from 50), the oversized front at $3 or $2 depending on quantity, and extended sizes at $6 or $4. Nothing else gets added. The Design Lab applies every rule automatically, and the written quote confirms the total before anything is charged.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.

02

Proof

Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Spickard addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.

Common questions

How long does shipping take?

Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.

Do you help with the design?

Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.

Can you handle a large order for your Spickard crew?

Large orders are the specialty, not the exception: hundreds of mixed-size pieces, roster-counted boxes, one accountable contact.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Simple math: 2XL and up cost $6 more per piece on small orders and $4 more per piece from 25 pieces. No other size fees exist, and the Design Lab totals it live.

What is your return policy?

Due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. Double check sizing and artwork before submitting your order. Every order gets a free proof first, and nothing prints until you approve it in writing.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, 10 pieces. That is the smallest run we print, packs for your Spickard crew keep dropping the per piece price from there, and free shipping starts at 100.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
