From single pieces to full crew runs, Stanley gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For Stanley, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 119 spread over 0.5 square miles, Stanley gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Clayton, ID (27 mi), Challis, ID (40 mi), Ketchum, ID (46 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Mountain Home Air Force Base, roughly 84 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.
Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Stanley counted against your roster.
Because Clayton sits only 27 miles from Stanley, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Pier-side photo banners sized four by eight, produced on timelines that respect shifting return dates. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
This shop exists for the military community, and it shows in how orders run. Deadlines are treated like formation times, proofs are honest instead of optimistic, and when Stanley customers call, a person who owns the order answers.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Stanley customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
Twenty-four hours gets you a designer-built proof on the exact blank you chose. Iterate freely until it is right.
Your written approval is the gate. Until it exists, nothing prints; once it exists, exactly that design prints.
Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.
We archive your art and garment specs, which makes the second order a two minute conversation.
The timeline to Stanley addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.
Count 5 to 7 business days from approval to doorstep, production included. Tighter date? Ask about rush and you get a straight answer before paying.
Included with every order: a designer turns whatever you send into print-ready art, proofs it within 24 hours, and revises free until approved.
Absolutely. Bulk is where pack pricing shines, and big mixed-size runs ship counted against your roster with a single person accountable for the date.
The extended-size rule fits in one line: add $6 per piece below 25 total, $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab applies it automatically.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
