Banners and Signs delivered to Stark

Stark crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Stark address in 5 to 7 business days.

With a community of 66 spread over 0.2 square miles, Stark gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Savonburg, KS (4 mi), Walnut, KS (7 mi), Elsmore, KS (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. The closest major installation is Fort Leavenworth, roughly 113 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

Nothing here needs a storefront. Art goes in by phone or upload, a designer proofs it free, and the shipment lands in Stark counted against your roster.

Banners and Signs demand around Stark does not stop at the town line. Crews from Savonburg (4 miles out) order through the same process, which is why coverage is priced by pack, never by zip code.

What Stark gets printed large format

Retractable banner stands

Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.

Memorial and dedication displays

Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. If a design will not print well at the size you want, you hear that before money changes hands.

Homecoming banners

Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Event signage

Registration, sponsor, and directional signs for runs, fairs, and ceremonies. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. Stark customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.

Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

The Design Lab puts your art on the real garment, takes your size counts, and totals the whole order, shipping included, without asking who you are.

04 //

What to print it on

Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among Stark customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.

Essential Light Tee

Staff tees matched to the signage, cheap enough to hand out by the case. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.

Pullover Hoodie

For outdoor events in cold months, the crew needs more than a tee. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

05 //

The art department is included

Design help is not an upsell here, it is how orders start. Describe the concept in a sentence, attach whatever reference you have, and within 24 hours a real designer returns a proof drawn as clean vectors, era-correct where it matters. Revisions cost nothing and continue until the proof is right, and your written approval is the only thing that sends it to production.

The Design Lab is there when you want to drive: upload, place, and price the design yourself on the exact garment we print.

06 //

What it costs

Start the budget from the real numbers: published light cotton tee packs, front print built into every figure Stark customers see.

PiecesTotalEachShipBack print add
Pack of 10$180$18 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 15$250$16.67 ea$18$4 ea
Pack of 20$320$16 ea$20.99$4 ea

Add-on pricing is deliberately boring: back print per the table (later $3, then $2), oversize front $3 or $2 by volume, extended sizes $6 or $4 by volume. That is the complete list, and the Design Lab computes it live before any quote is written.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

Send the idea through the quote form or build it yourself in the Design Lab. A napkin sketch photographed on a phone counts, our designers have built full unit runs from less.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.

04

Print and ship

Production and shipping run 5 to 7 business days standard. Rush options exist and get quoted honestly against your date.

05

Reorder

Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Delivery to Stark addresses follows one simple clock: 5 to 7 business days including production, with tracking from the moment it leaves. Hit 100 pieces and the shipping line drops to zero.

Before sealing, every carton is counted against the size roster, and tracking goes out the same day. Anything short or damaged gets replaced at our cost on an expedited timeline.

Common questions

Do you help with the design?

Always, at no charge. A designer takes your rough input, redraws it print ready, and has a proof in your inbox inside a day, with unlimited revisions after.

Can you handle a large order for your Stark crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.

How do 2XL and larger sizes work?

Sizes 2XL and up add $6 per piece under 25 total pieces, or $4 per piece at 25 or more. The Design Lab includes it in your estimate automatically.

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom orders; once printed, the work is final. That is exactly why production never starts without your written approval of a free proof, and why the size roster deserves a second look before you submit.

Is there a minimum order?

Order ten, order fifty, order five hundred: 10 pieces is our floor, and for your Stark crew, bigger packs simply pull the per-piece price down.

What file types work best?

Send whatever exists. Vectors print perfectly, high resolution PNGs print clean, and anything below that gets redrawn free by the design team before it goes near a press.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

Yes. We ship to all 50 states and to APO and FPO addresses for deployed and overseas service members.
