Banners and Signs in Sussex, NJ.

From single pieces to full crew runs, Sussex gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.

Banners and Signs delivered to Sussex

Sussex crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sussex address in 5 to 7 business days.

With about 2,000 people spread over 0.6 square miles, Sussex gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. If your people are spread out, that is fine: Hamburg, NJ (5 mi), Vernon Center, NJ (6 mi), Vernon Valley, NJ (7 mi) sit close enough that one order can outfit all of them. The closest major installation is Picatinny Arsenal, roughly 22 miles out, and unit orders from there run through this same process daily.

The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sussex.

Because Hamburg sits only 5 miles from Sussex, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.

What Sussex gets printed large format

Vinyl banners with grommets

Fence-line vinyl with proper hems and grommets, sized to spec. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Memorial and dedication displays

Ceremony pieces handled with the gravity the event carries. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.

Homecoming banners

Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Event signage

The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.

Retractable banner stands

Recruiting tables and expo booths that set up in thirty seconds. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.

Yard and field signs

Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.

Why order from a shop built for the military community

We print for units, veterans, and military families every day, and the discipline transfers. Sussex customers get straight answers on dates, a named person on their order, and work we would put our own name on.

The same discipline applies inward: an unrealistic date or a design that will not print well gets flagged before you commit, not explained after.

See your exact price in about ninety seconds.

Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.

What to print it on

The right blank depends on budget, season, and how hard the gear will be worn. For Sussex customers, these three earn their keep.

Classic Cotton Tee

Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Essential Light Tee

The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.

Pullover Hoodie

Cold-month events call for fleece on the crew, not just cotton. Bring a rough idea, even a phone photo of a whiteboard, and our designers make it print ready at no charge.

Design help that costs nothing

Every order includes the design team. They rescue low-resolution logos, invent art from plain descriptions, and keep insignia and period typography accurate when the concept demands it. Twenty-four hours after you send the idea, the proof is in your inbox; as many revisions as it takes come free, and your written sign-off is what starts the presses.

Or open the Design Lab and lay the design out yourself, priced in real time on the exact blank.

How it works, start to finish

01

Brief

The first step is just getting the idea out of your head: type it into the quote form or mock it up in the Design Lab, rough edges and all.

02

Proof

Within 24 hours you have a proof in your inbox, drawn to size, on the garment and color you picked. Revisions are unlimited and free.

03

Approve

You approve in writing before production starts. No surprises at the box opening, because you already saw the shirt.

04

Print and ship

Approval to doorstep runs 5 to 7 business days as the default, faster when rush is booked and honestly refused when it cannot be.

05

Reorder

Art, thread colors, and size history stay archived, so the next season run starts with one email.

08 //

Shipping and turnaround

Count 5 to 7 business days, production included, for tracked delivery to Sussex addresses. At 100 pieces shipping costs nothing; under that, the flat rates in the table are the whole story.

Every box leaves counted, tracked, and matched to your roster. Shortages and shipping damage are on us to fix, fast, because delivery day is the only day the customer remembers.

Common questions

Is there a minimum order?

The minimum order is 10 pieces. Your sussex crew can order ten today and a hundred next month; the packs just make each piece cheaper as the count grows.

What file types work best?

Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.

Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?

We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.

Can I see the price before I talk to anyone?

That is the point of the Design Lab: the complete number, packs, back prints, size upcharges, shipping, updates live while you design, before any contact form.

How long does shipping take?

Five to seven business days, all in, from approval to arrival. Rush exists for real deadlines and gets an honest yes or no up front.

Do you help with the design?

Design help is included free. Whatever you have, a napkin sketch, a faded shirt photo, a sentence, becomes a print-ready proof from a real designer within 24 hours.

Can you handle a large order for your Sussex crew?

Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
