Custom printed large format gear for Sylvan Beach businesses, schools, teams, churches, and crews. Proofs in 24 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days.
Sylvan Beach crews order printed large format gear from us because the numbers are public and the process is simple: free design help, a written proof within 24 hours, and delivery to any Sylvan Beach address in 5 to 7 business days.
With a community of 881 spread over 0.7 square miles, Sylvan Beach gets the same flat delivery promise as everywhere else we serve: 5 to 7 business days to any door. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with North Bay, NY (2 mi), Durhamville, NY (6 mi), Cleveland, NY (9 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. Fort Drum, around 54 miles from Sylvan Beach, anchors the local military community we print for every week.
The whole process runs remote: rough idea in, free designer-built proof back, written approval, and finished gear delivered to Sylvan Beach.
A typical week of banners and signs orders from this corner of New York mixes Sylvan Beach crews with neighbors like North Bay, 2 miles over, all running through the same designer, the same proof cycle, and the same tracked delivery.
Signage for race day and fair day: sponsors, directions, registration. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Pull-up stands that turn a folding table into a professional booth. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
Stacks of corrugated yard signs for fundraising drives and campaigns. Mixed sizes and colors in one run are standard here, not a special request.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Dedication displays produced with the seriousness the ceremony deserves. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
Four-by-eight photo banners for the pier, hangar, and parade field, printed fast because return dates move. Rush timelines get quoted honestly. If we cannot hit the date, we say so before you pay a cent.
The shop runs on habits borrowed from the people we serve: accountability by name, honest reporting, and deadlines that do not slide. Sylvan beach customers feel the difference on the first order.
That standard cuts both ways. If your art needs work or your timeline is impossible, we tell you up front and offer the fix, because a bad shirt with our print on it costs us more than the order.
Upload art or add text in the Design Lab, set sizes and quantities, and the full estimate, shipping included, is on screen before you give anyone your email.
Garment choice makes or breaks the order. These are the blanks Sylvan Beach customers pick most, all designable online on real product photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. What you approve in writing is what ships. That rule has no exceptions.
Volunteer and staff tees to match the signage, priced for handing out by the box. Nobody chases an order here. Your contact tells you where it stands before you have to ask.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. Ask for the honest option and you get it, even when it is the cheaper one.
Most orders here start without finished artwork, and that is fine. Our in-house designers redraw low resolution logos as clean vectors, build new designs from a written description, and match era-correct type and insignia when the design calls for it. The service costs nothing with an order, the first proof lands within 24 hours, and revisions are unlimited. You approve the final art in writing before production, so the shirt that arrives is the shirt you signed off on.
Want to try it yourself first? The Design Lab lets you upload art, add text in stencil and athletic fonts, and position everything on the exact garment with live pricing the whole time.
