From single pieces to full crew runs, The Rock gets printed large format gear with honest pricing and a 5 to 7 day door-to-door timeline.
Weatherproof 13oz vinyl banners, retractable stands, and yard signs. Hemmed, grommeted, and printed fast. For The Rock, that comes with published pack pricing and door delivery in 5 to 7 business days.
The Rock covers 4.2 square miles of Georgia, and delivery reaches every address in it on the standard 5 to 7 day window. Nearby crews are already in the coverage circle, with Hannahs Mill, GA (6 mi), Yatesville, GA (6 mi), Thomaston, GA (7 mi) sharing the identical pack rates and timelines. For the military community, Robins Air Force Base sits about 42 miles away, well inside our normal unit-order routes.
No storefront visit required. Send a rough idea or finished art, a real designer builds the proof at no charge, and the finished gear ships straight to The Rock.
Because Hannahs Mill sits only 6 miles from The Rock, joint orders across town lines are common here: one proof, one pack price, two delivery stops if needed.
The thirty-second booth: retractable stands for recruiters and expos. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
Field and yard signs in quantity, printed on corrugated plastic. The proof comes first and it is free, so what arrives is exactly what you signed off on.
Outdoor vinyl hemmed, grommeted, and cut to the fence you plan to hang it on. Youth and adult cuts run side by side in the same pack at the same price structure.
Memorial signage treated as the most important order in the building. Start from a napkin sketch if that is what you have. Turning rough into print ready is the job.
Homecoming banners printed quick, because the ship rarely lands on the day first announced. We handle the art, the sizing spread, and the deadline. You handle handing them out.
The full event kit: sponsor boards, registration signs, and arrows that get people where they belong. Reorders match the first run exactly because we keep your art and specs on file.
Serving the military community is not a marketing line here, it is the operating system. The rock customers deal with one accountable person, get dates that mean something, and receive work held to a uniform standard.
Part of the job is refusing bad orders. When the art, the garment, or the date is wrong, saying so before you pay is the service.
Ninety seconds in the Design Lab gets you a complete number: garment, print, sizes, upcharges, and shipping, all before any contact form.
Start from the garment and the rest follows. Among The Rock customers, these three blanks carry most of the orders, each designable online on its real photos.
Banners and matching shirts in one order share a proof, a deadline, and a delivery date. Deadlines get treated like formation times, not suggestions.
The volunteer-shirt companion: light, matched to the signs, priced for volume. Packs mix garment colors freely, so squads, shifts, or grade levels can each get their own.
When the event is outdoors in November, the staff gear is a hoodie. The second order takes two minutes because the first one is archived down to the thread color.
Half the orders we take begin as a phone photo of a sketch, an old shirt, or a sentence describing the idea. A designer turns that into print-ready vector art at no charge, sends the proof inside 24 hours, and revises it until you sign off in writing. Nothing is produced before that signature, which is why what shows up matches what you expected.

Every heavier garment keeps this same pack shape at its own numbers, and the Design Lab totals it live while you build.
Start in the Design Lab on the exact garment we print, or send whatever you have through the quote form. Rough ideas are welcome, that is what the free design service is for.
One day later the proof is in your inbox: your art, your garment, your colors, at true print scale. Revisions never cost a cent.
The press does not move without your written yes. It is the single checkpoint that makes the no-returns policy fair.
From approval, count 5 to 7 business days to your door. If the event is sooner, ask about rush and get a straight yes or no.
Everything about the run gets archived, which turns every future reorder into a one-line email.
The timeline to The Rock addresses is fixed and published: 5 to 7 business days door to door, production included. Shipping rates are flat, visible in the table, and free from 100 pieces.
Boxes get counted twice against the roster before they seal, and the tracking number reaches you the day of pickup. Damage or shortage claims are our expense and our rush.
Large runs are the core business: hundreds of pieces, mixed sizes, multiple colors, one named contact who owns it from first proof to the delivery scan.
Extended sizes carry a flat per-piece add: $6 when the order is under 25 pieces, $4 once it reaches 25. The estimate in the Design Lab applies it for you.
Custom work does not come back: due to custom orders, all work is finalized and no returns are accepted. The protection is up front instead, a free proof that must be approved in writing before anything prints, so check sizing and art carefully at that stage.
Our minimum is 10 pieces. Packs for your The Rock crew begin at 10, the per piece price falls as the count climbs, and shipping goes free at 100.
Best case: vector art (AI, SVG, EPS, PDF). Very good case: a 300 DPI transparent PNG. Worst case: a screenshot, which our designers redraw at no charge anyway.
We do, at the same pace as domestic orders. Deployed and overseas service members at APO and FPO addresses are covered alongside all 50 states.
